  • Coaching Staff: Appoint UEFA B licensed coaches with a pathway for continued professional development.

    Ensure coaches undergo regular FA safeguarding and first aid training.

    Maintain a 1:12 coach-to-player ratio for optimal attention and development.

    Training Programs:

    Implement a structured training program with age-specific modules.

    Sessions to cover technical skills (dribbling, passing, shooting), tactical awareness (positioning, game intelligence), physical conditioning, and mental toughness.

    Incorporate modern coaching techniques and sports science.

    Evaluation and Feedback:

    Quarterly feedback sessions with players and parents to discuss progress and set goals.
